Torunn | Pointed-Toe Block Heel Ankle Boots

Pointed toes went away for about six years. They were right the first time.

Torunn takes the shape seriously — a properly drawn point rather than a rounded toe pretending to be one. The block heel underneath keeps it from becoming a shoe you can only sit down in.

Pointed toe. Drawn to an actual point, which carries the line of the leg further than a round toe ever will.

Block heel. Flat ground contact, so the height stays a choice rather than a commitment for the evening.

Ankle height. Sits below the calf, so trousers fall over it cleanly and skirts stop above it.

Slim shaft. Cut close to the ankle, so the boot reads as part of the leg instead of sitting on top of it.

A pointed toe flattens a whole outfit into one line. That is what the shape was always for, and why it came back.
