Ruching on one side seam, not gathered all the way round.

The ruching sits at a single side seam rather than running the full waist, which is what keeps Nanna looking shaped instead of bunched. A wrap V-neckline and flutter sleeves handle the top half.

Ruched side seam. Gathered at one side only, so the waist draws in without the whole midsection collecting into folds.

Wrap V-neckline. The front overlaps rather than seaming together, which is where the neckline gets its depth.

Flutter sleeves. Short with a ruffled edge — enough coverage to matter, not enough to warm you up.
